Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Agentuor collects, why, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: January 2026

1. Who we are

Agentuor ("we", "us") operates the website agentuor.com and the Agentuor platform. Our registered address is Calle Carril de las Asomadillas, Orcera, Andalucía, 23370, Spain. For privacy matters, contact privacy@agentuor.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data you provide through forms or email: name, work email, company, and the content of your message.
  • Account data when you use the platform: login identifiers, role, and activity logs needed to operate the service and provide provenance.
  • Technical data collected automatically when you visit the website: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. We do not use advertising trackers.
  • Customer content uploaded to the platform, which may include images or recordings of people. This content is processed on behalf of the customer, who is responsible for its lawful collection.

3. Why we process it

  • To respond to enquiries and provide demos (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps).
  • To deliver, secure, and improve the platform (performance of a contract).
  • To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting rules.
  • To send service communications. We only send marketing where you have opted in, and you can withdraw at any time.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law. Depending on the activity, our legal basis is contract, legitimate interest, consent, or legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who process it on our instructions (hosting, email delivery, support tooling), with professional advisers where necessary, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and apply additional safeguards where appropriate.

7. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Account and provenance data is kept for the duration of the customer relationship plus the period needed to meet legal obligations. Customer content is retained according to the customer's configured policies and deleted on termination.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; request portability; and withdraw consent. Write to privacy@agentuor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures described on our Security page, including encryption, access control, and audit logging.

10. Cookies
